Linda is a fully licensed real estate agent and a practicing town planner with full membership of the Planning Institute of Australia. She has a skill set that equips her to achieve exceptional results for her clients. With years of experience in sales, negotiation and facilitation and a unique insight into property development, she is able to assist you in your property journey.

In South Africa, she successfully operated and managed a private town planning and property consulting business, where she facilitated amongst others the development of a regional shopping centre, medical clinic, big-box retail as well as several land subdivisions. Some of Linda’s smaller development projects include subdivisions of one into two and several “material change of use” projects. As a registered real estate agent, she can take the end product to the market. She is proficient in residential and land sales as well as “off the plan” sales.

With her skill set, she leaves no stone unturned to assist her developer clients to find the next development opportunity. For her clients who want to sell their home, she determines beforehand the potential added value in the property in order to get exceptional results. She makes sure to understand each client’s needs and their specific situation and will walk with each client, step by step to determine the best strategies and process to get the best result.

Her passion for people and property drives her to give every client the best service and assisting them through their journey, whether it be buying or selling. All clients become friends, which she values, long into the future. She ensures that every client feels comfortable and confident, ready to progress, through what can be, a very stressful time.
