The $500 Visa gift card is only applicable / eligible to Landlords that transfer their Property Management to RE/MAX United Vision for a minimum 18-month term at our standard management fee (8.8% inclusive of GST).
A Visa Gift card for $500 will be mailed to our new Landlords at the end of the first month’s management.
If Landlords terminate the management on or before the 18th month anniversary, then the $500 will be deducted from rent and reimbursed to Shaloma Pty Ltd t/a RE/MAX United Vision upon settlement of the account.
A limit of one Visa card per Landlord applies.
