What a wonderful email to receive today from one of our valued clients!!

Hi Rod and Gaby,

I apologise for the huge gap in communication. The surgery has taken a longer time than expected for me to firstly come to terms with how it is changing my life and secondly what I now can’t do. I have returned to work recently only to do three days to enable me to ease myself back into the mix of things. Thank goodness school breaks up next week and I have another 6 weeks off.

The death of my husband left me with a nightmare as you are both well aware and I have felt very blessed that Gaby rang me nearly 3 years ago to talk to me and help with possible solutions regarding the properties in which he had invested. Although I didn’t sell at that stage but through the professionalism displayed to me I felt I wanted to do business with your company Re/Max. Rod very smoothly took over the rental of both the properties in Redbank Plains even though the other agency made it difficult you persevered on my behalf. You left no stone unturned Rod to promote the property and have it tenanted very quickly.

My properties certainly gave you many challenges but you continued to protect and look after my interests. One of my first memories was of Rod going out to one of the unoccupied properties before an open house and he mentioned that it wasn’t the tidiest but he had his edger in the boot if the lawns needed any work. It is the little things that you and Rod do to assist your clients that made me feel confident and relaxed especially being in NSW and not ever having seen these properties my husband bought.

It would have been a different situation if I lived closer to the houses but unfortunately that was not the case and I was not able to help with anything, between the two of you both properties have now been sold. The honest feedback, valuable advice, determination and dedication shown by the both of you gave me hope that my nightmare would be over and with many hours of hard work by you both I now am able to move forward.

Gaby and Rod I can’t thank you enough for all you have done, managing difficult tenants, making sure the properties presented well to prospective buyers, going above and beyond to make sure I was kept in the loop and able to make well informed decisions.

Please thank your wonderful staff for their professionalism and efficiency, they also have made things much easier when I have needed statements, invoices or even when I’ve called the office.

Gaby and Rod, you and your staff are amazing and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a very prosperous New Year.
